The traditional Gaeltacht summer courses have been canceled for a second year in a row due to ongoing coronavirus concerns.
It is understood that the communities involved in hosting students were worried about a large influx of people over the summer months.
The courses might resume in 2022, depending on the course of the pandemic by then.
