In a statement by his agent, the English actor is said to “have passed away at approximately 10:30 am this morning” and that he “died peacefully with his family around him”.
Vaughan was most well known for his acting parts in Game of Thrones and Porridge.
The character he played in Porridge was Harry Grout and in Game of Thrones he acted Maester Aeron.
