Gardaí in Dublin have begun an investigation after a 13-year-old boy was attacked on New Year’s Eve.
According to Dublin Live, the teenager sustained minor injuries and was left badly shaken after he was attacked in Knocklyon at approximately 1:30pm.
It is understood the teenager was struck a number of times and had his coat stolen in the incident which occurred in the Woodstown Village area.
Gardai say an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing.
