Gardaí Galway City have launched an investigation after a man aged in his 20s was tragically found dead at his home this morning.
It is understood the investigation comes after the man was found at a house on Sea Road in the city.
Gardaí say the man’s body has since been transferred to Galway University Hospital.
They added that the results of a post-mortem examination will determine the course of their investigation.
