Gardaí in Co Meath have launched an investigation after a man was shot on Monday night.
It is understood the investigation comes after the man was shot on Main Street, Clonee, at 10:25pm.
Gardaí say the man sustained minor injuries and was taken to Connolly Hospital in Blanchardstown.
