Gardaí in Co Offaly have launched an investigation after a man was stabbed in a pub in Tullamore, on Thursday night.
It is understood Gardaí were alerted to the incident which occurred on Church Street, at approximatley 9:30pm.
Gardaí say the injured man was taken to the Midland Regional Hospital for treatment.
They also say no arrests have yet been made and investigations are currently ongoing.
