A Garda investigation is underway today after a number of shots were fired at the front door of a house in Drogheda in the early hours of this morning.
Gardai say they received a report at approximately 4am this morning after a number of shots were fired at the house Lagavoreen Major, which contained a couple and their two children.
Thankfully there were no reported injuries, but is believed the family have been shocked by the incident.
