Gardaí in Co Galway have begun an investigation after a young woman was allegedly sexually assaulted over the weekend.
It is understood the investigation comes after the 19-year-old was allegedly assaulted in the village of Tully Cross on Sunday morning.
Gardaí say they are currently following a number of lines of enquiry and investigation is currently ongoing.
