Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation after a man aged in his 30s was shot in Tuesday evening.
The investigation comes after the man was shot in the leg in Fortlawn Park.
It is believed the man suffered non-life threatening injuries in the incident.
Gardaí say no arrests have yet been made and they are currently appealing for witnesses to come forward and contact them.
