Gardai in North Dublin have launched an investigation this evening following a shooting incident in Finglas this afternoon.
The investigation comes after a man aged in his 30s sustained a wound to his hand in the incident.
Gardai say the man who is known to them was quickly taken to Dublin’s Mater Hospital for treatment, although it is believed that his injuries are not life the threatimg.
