Gardai in Co Meath have begun an investigation following an armed robbery on Friday evening.
It is understood that a number of staff were threatened by two men armed with a gun and a baseball bat at Centra store on Main Street, in Nobber at approximately 7.20pm on Friday evening.
Gardai say the two men fled the scene with the contents of two cash registers in a black Volkswagen Polo in the direction of Navan.
