Gardaí in Co Meath have begun an investigation following the theft of more than 100 sheep at a farm.
The investigation comes after the sheep were allegedly stolen from a farm at Ross, in Mountnugent.
Gardaí say they are currently investigating the incident and as of yet no arrests have yet been made.
It is understood that the sheep were stolen from the farm sometime between 10am Monday and 10am Thursday.
