Boy, 15, seriously injured after being viciously attacked by two thugs in Dublin

Gardaí in Dublin have launched an investigation after a 15-year-old boy was seriously injured in a vicious attack last Friday.

According to Dublin Live, the investigation comes after two teenagers attacked the boy in Glasnevin Avenue on Friday June 7th.

It is understood the boy who was taken Temple Street Children’s Hospital with serious but non-life-threatening injuries was repeatedly kicked and punched in the head as he lay on the ground.

Although the boy sustained serious injuries, it is believed that the incident could have been a whole lot worst only for a passing taxi driver intervened.

It is believed that the taxi man intervened and rescued the boy before the two teenagers fled the scene with the victim’s bicycle.

Gardaí say they are currently investigating the incident and are currently searching for two teenagers in connection with the attack.

Anyone with any information is being asked to contact Gardaí at Ballymun Garda Station 01 666 4400 or the Garda Confidential Line 1800 666 111.
