Gardai and health and safety officials have launched a joint investigation after a fatal workplace accident in Co. Cork earlier today.
It is understood that a man in his 50s died at a timber yard in the village of Enniskeane, near Bandon in Co. Cork, and that a loading vehicle was involved.
The incident is being treated as a tragic accident.
