Gardai appeal for help after “lethal” animal-only drugs get stolen in Galway




Gardaí have issued an urgent appeal for information on the whereabouts of several dangerous drugs which were stolen from Loughrea, Galway.

The burglary happened early on Wednesday morning nearby.

Gardaí said the drugs are for animal use only and could be dangerous if consumed by humans.

Among the drugs stolen are eleven 100ml units of Euthetal, described as extremely dangerous and lethal.

According to RTE, twelve 25ml units of Chanazine, four 10ml units of Medesedan and one 10ml unit of Torbugesic, all sedatives, were also stolen.

Three 50ml units of ketamine were also stolen, along with a quantity of anti-inflammatories ketufen and flunixin.

Gardaí has ​​asked anyone who comes into contact with these substances not to use them and to report them.
