36-year-old David Duffy, from Ballyhaunis in county Mayo, was last spotted in the Limerick City area on Sunday morning.
David’s described as 5 foot 10 inches tall, of slim build, with long black hair tied in a pony tail, with a black moustache.
He is believed to be driving in a brown Opel Insignia, registration plate 141-D-9910.
