14-year-old Jason Collins has been missing from his home in Swords, Co Dublin, since Friday, 13 November.
Jason is described as being 1.7m (5”6′) in height, of slim build, with brown hair and dark green eyes.
He was wearing grey tracksuit bottoms, a black jacket, white socks and black runners when last seen.
