Gardai have arrested a man in connection with a hit-and-run incident that left a 67-year-old woman dead.
Carol Seery died after being struck by a vehicle in the Phibsborough area of Dublin on October 4. The vehicle failed to remain at the scene.
A male in his 20s is now in Garda custody in connection with this incident.
