Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that they have arrested a man aged in his 40s following a large drugs seizure on Friday afternoon.
It is believed the man was arrested by Garda officers in Lucan after they stopped a truck he was travelling in and found the large haul of cannabis worth an estimated €5m.
Gardai say the man is currently being detained at Lucan Garda Station where he can be questioned for up to seven days.
