Gardaí in Dublin have informed they have arrested a man following a stabbing incident in Dublin city centre earlier this evening.

It is believed armed Gardaí arrested the man on Bachelor’s Walk, near the O’Connell Street, at approximately 5:30pm after a man received a minor stab wound to his hand.
Gardaí say thankfully the man did not suffer any life threatening injuries and an investigation is ongoing.
