Gardaí in North Dublin have arrested a man following an armed robbery in Finglas on Saturday.
It is understood the man aged in his late teens was arrested following a robbery at shop on the Jamestown Road at approximately 5:30pm.
Gardaí say the man entered the shop armed with a knife before he proceeded to threaten staff.
It is believed that the man made off with a quantity of cash and was arrested a short time later.
Gardaí say the man is currently being detained at Blanchardstown Garda Station.
