Gardai in Co Limerick have confirmed that three people have been arrested following a street party on Tuesday evening.
According to RTE News, the arrests were made after Gardai received a report of a gathering in Carysfort Avenue, College Court, Castleroy.
It is understood that three people were arrested at the scene after there was a failure of compliance with Gardai who engaged with those at the scene.
Gardai say 30 fixed fines were issued in relation to breaches of the public Health Act.
They say an investigation into the incident is currently ongoing and a file will be prepared for the Director of Public Prosecutions.
