Gardaí in Co Cavan have arrested two men as part of an investigation into the death of a man in a house fire which occurred in August, 2018.
The arrests come after 59-year-old man Oliver Murray sadly died in the fire on August 2nd last year.
Gardaí say the two men aged 37 and 51, have been arrested and are currently being detained at Bailieborough Garda Station under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
They added that the investigation has been upgraded to a homecide investigation.
