Gardai believe a teenager, who is fighting for his life today after sustaining a vicious assault in a Dublin nightclub, was out celebrating the Leaving Cert.
It’s understood the assault happened in a nightclub in Clondalkin in the early hours of Saturday morning.
Gardai were called and the boy was rushed to James Connolly Hospital where his condition is said to be critical.
They say that they’ve launched an investigation and are working off a direct line of inquiry in relation to the assault, which they say saw the boy being stabbed during the incident.
