Gardaí have confirmed that a body has been recovered from the sea off the Wexford coast.
According to The Irish Sun, the discovery was made about 40 miles away from Rosslare.
The discovery comes after a man was reported missing whilst on board a vessel near the Saltee Islands.
It is expected that a formal identification of the body will be made later today.
Gardaí added that the man’s remains have been taken Wexford Hospital.
