74-year-old Kathleen Reilly has been missing since Thursday, June 17. She was last seen at Coosan Point Road in Athlone.
Kathleen is described as 5ft tall, of small build, with grey hair. She was wearing a long black coat and black knee length boots when last seen. Kathleen wears red/brown framed glasses.
Gardaí are urging anyone who may have seen Kathleen to contact them at Athlone Garda station.
