Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed this evening that they have arrested a man in connection with the murder of disabled man Anthony Rogers on November 6th 2016.

Gardaí say they arrested the man was the East Wall area of the city this morning at approximately 7.30am. He is being held under Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act 1984 as amended at the station.
The arrest comes after Mr Rogers aged 61 and a wheelchair user, was stabbed and left to bleed to death at Robinsons Court, Cork Street, Dublin 8 at approximately 2.30pm on November 6, 2016.
