Gardai are investigating a suspicious approach to a young boy in Dublin.
The alleged incident happened on the Whitestown Road in the Rush area of north Dublin on Saturday morning.
The boy, believed to be 10 years of age, said that an stranger approached him and asked him to get into a car. The boy then ran into a nearby shop to look for help.
Gardai are currently investigating the incident.
