Gardai in Dublin are investigating an incident in which a woman was left in critical condition in hospital following a serious collision in Dublin yesterday evening.
Gardai say the incident which involved a silver Opel Astra – and a cyclist happened on the Malahide Road, at the junction with Greencastle Road, at approximately 7pm. The victim a 45 year-old woman was quickly rushed to the Beaumont Hospital. It is understood that the driver of the car a man in his early 60s – was uninjured in the collision.
