A Garda investigation is underway after a Garda’s private car was subjected to a petrol bomb attack on Dundalk Co Louth, on Monday morning.
According to RTÉ News, the car was targeted at approximately 3.30am in the Red Barns Road area of the town.
It is understood the car’s window was smashed and petrol was put inside the vehicle.
Gardai say they are currently following a number of lines of inquiry and an investigation is currently ongoing.
