Gardaí in Co Wicklow have begun an investigation after a man sadly died in hospital following an incident in Bray over the weekend.
The investigation comes after the 45-year-old man who was found with serious head injuries outside the Royal Hotel on the Main Street in the town at approximately 2am.
Gardaí say the man sadly passed away in Dublin’s Beaumont Hospital in the early hours of Sunday morning.
They also say they are currently awaiting post-mortem examination results in order to help determine the cause of the man’s death.
