Gardai have launched an investigation after a man with serious injuries was seen walking along a street in an Irish city.
The incident happened on the Ennis Road in Limerick on Friday evening.
The man, believed to be in his 30s, was initially treated at the scene before being taken to University Hospital Limerick.
