Gardai have launched an investigation after an alleged sexual assault incident in Cork during last weekend.
A female was allegedly assaulted in the Vicars Road area of Ballyphenane.
Gardai are asking anyone who may have been in the area between 4am and 7am on Saturday to contact Togher Garda Station on 021-494712, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any Garda station.
