Gardai have launched an investigation following a stabbing incident in an Irish town.
The incident happened in the Glebe View area of Longford on Saturday evening.
A man in his 20s sustained serious, but not life-threatening injuries during an altercation between a number of men.
Gardai are asking for witnesses to contact Longford Garda Station on 043 335 0571, the Garda Confidential Line on 1800 666 111, or any garda station.
