Gardai have launched an investigation following a fatal stabbing in the capital, with one person arrested.
The incident happened inside a flat in the Claddagh Court area at 2.30am. The deceased, a man in his late 30s, was found with an apparent stab wound. He was pronounced dead a short time later.
A woman in her late 40s has been arrested in connection with this incident.
