Gardai have launched an investigation following a shooting incident in the capital.
The incident happened in the Pimlico Cottages area of Dublin 8 shortly before midnight on Tuesday.
A man in his 30s was taken to hospital with serious, but not life-threatening gunshot wounds.
No one has been arrested in connection with this incident yet.
