Gardai have launched an investigation following the discovery of a body in the water in an Irish city.
The grim discovery was made at Corbally Baths, a popular swimming spot in Limerick.
It is understood that this investigation is part of an ongoing inquiry into a missing person.
The body has been removed to University Hospital Limerick.
