Gardai re-issue appeal for social media sharing of still-missing Michael Bugler who was last seen in Galway on December 18th

With bad weather forcing the search for the missing Clare student to be held back for a number of hours, gardai have re-issued an appeal for social media sharing the missing 20-yr-old who was last seen on December 18th in Galway.

At approximately 1am in the Quay Street area of the City, Michael was last seen near the Claddagh wearing a blue jumper and jeans and runners. He is believed to have been on his way home to Fairhill road.

He is described as 5ft 9 in height, of thin build with short brown hair and blue eyes.

Michael’s sister, Laura has made two emotional appeals for the public’s help in locating her missing brother.

Search’s yesterday and today are at Calasanctius College, Oranmore and at an Tra Mor, and Indreabhan. Waterproofs jackets, hats, boots and walking sticks are recommended for volunteers.

Gardai have asked for anyone with information on Michael’s whereabouts to contact them at Galway Garda station on telephone ( 091) 538000, the Garda confidential line at 1800 666111 or any Garda station.
