Gardai are this afternoon seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing 16-year-old.
Robert ‘Bobby’ Carpenter Duncan has been missing from his home in Wicklow since this weekend.
He is described as being approximately six foot in height, of a thin build, with red hair, and blue eyes. He was wearing a navy jacket when last seen.
