The drugs, with an estimated street value of €126,000, were seized during a search of two cars at Skehanagh, Watergrasshill, Co Cork yesterday afternoon.
Three men, aged in their 40s and 50s, were arrested at the scene and were detained at Gurranabraher and Mayfield Garda Stations under Section 2 of the Criminal Justice (Drug Trafficking), Act, 1996.
Two of the men were charged in connection with the incident, and later released. They are due to appear before Cork District Court on Wednesday at 10.30am.
The third man was released without charge.
