Gardai have thanked the public for social media sharing a photo of a missing boy from Co. Westmeath.
Michael O’Connell had been missing since Friday and was believed to be in Northern Ireland.
It’s understood that the boy was found safe and well early this afternoon with no further details being made aware to the public.
Gardai thanked people for their assistance.
