Germany has announced a new round of military aid for Ukraine.
The package, worth around €1bn, includes air defence systems, ground vehicles, and assorted weaponry.
Germany is one of the leading European countries in providing both lethal and non-lethal assistance for Ukraine. In shameful contrast, Ireland hasn’t been willing or able to provide a solitary bullet to assist in the destruction of the invader.
