Last night’s leaders’ debate on Claire Byrne Live was dominated by housing, crime and homelessness.
One of the major topics that was mostly excluded from the debate was the hospital waiting lists, trolley crisis and health sector in general.
Exchanges between Leo Varadkar and Micheal Martin were plenty but the most vicious of exchanges were between Micheal Martin and Mary Lou Mcdonald, in particular over how Sinn Fein conduct their politics.
Housing dominated the debate, while crime and the closure or reopening of many rural garda stations was close second.
