Passers-by come to woman’s aid after she goes into labour on Dublin street




Gardaí in Dublin have confirmed that a woman has been taken to hospital after giving birth to a baby on the streets in the early hours of Monday morning.

According to Dublin Live, both the mother and baby were taken to hospital after she gave birth North King Street near the North Quays at approximately 1am.

Dublin Live reports that the woman was assisted by passers-by after she walked in the direction of Inns Quay.

It is believed that both the mother and newborn were taken to hospital via ambulance.

Gardaí say they are both mother and baby are doing well since arriving in hospital.
