Dublin Bus have confirmed that they hope to have the vast majority of their services back up and running this morning following Storm Emma.
In announcment made late last night Dublin Bus said they plan to have services running by 12pm.

However the company did warn to expect delays as a number of diversions will be put in place. They also stated that services will be operational on main roads only.
Commuters are being urged to check the Dublin Bus website before they travel.
