Coalition party leaders and finance and public expenditure ministers are meeting to put the final policies together for the Budget to be signed off on.
Pascal Donohue, Michael McGrath and indeed Eamon Ryan met late on Sunday evening to discuss a number of areas that were still to be finalised.
It’s already been ruled out that social welfare recipients will not be receiving an extra €20 euro a week in their payment, but that there could be a possible double child benefit payment.
