The caretaker Minister for Health Simon Harris was pushed about homeware stores not opening but that hardware stores could open.
Harris said that people don’t need to be doing up their house during lockdown, even at this time of easing it.
He said that people who want to dicky up the house can wait until further down the unwinding stage.
