Social media users have reacted very badly to Garda Commissioner Drew Harris saying that they are gathering information on concerned Irish people who are protesting at migrant centres.
Harris says that these “sinister” groups can be deemed as far-right and that they’re up to no good.
Meanwhile, many people on social media say that he’s talking complete nonsense and that he should be vetting migrants coming into the country instead of decent Irish people who are just concerned with potential migrant criminals being planted in their area.
