The largest militia in the United States, ‘The Oath Keepers’, has said that it will not recognize a Biden presidency as legitimate as court cases continue to mount challenging the result of the US presidential on grounds of alleged fraud, while President Trump maintains his refusal to concede.
Speaking to The Independent in Washington DC, Stewart Rhodes, who founded the Oath Keepers said:
“I think about half this country won’t recognise Biden as legitimate. They won’t recognise this election. What that means is that everything that comes out of his mouth will be considered not of any force or effect, anything he signs into law we won’t recognise as legitimate. We’ll be very much like the founding fathers. We’ll end up nullifying and resisting,”
The Oath Keepers is a nationalist militia with tens of thousands of members who are generally former or serving members of the military or police, but it has been denounced by leftists lobbying groups and corporate shills as “far right”.
