Authorities in India have tragic confirmed that 10 babies have died following a fire at a hospital.
It is understood that the babies sadly died after a fire broke out on a maternity ward on Sunday.
According to BBC News, the fire broke out at Bhandara District General Hospital, in the state of Maharashtra at approximately 2pm local.
It is understood that there were 17 babies in the maternity ward at the time of the fire, authorities say 7 were rescued but sadly 10 passed away.
